    I ordered a 2XL, but the shirt I received is definitely NOT 2XL- there's a printed tag that indicates 2XL, but also XL, and the original (non-addidas) size is still visible under the second printed tag, indicating that is actually just an XL. Took 2 months to receive. Had ordered as a review sample before recommending to my fellow fan club members (which, I will NOT be doing).

    The quality of the shirt is overall alright, although I didn't have the option to include any names, numbers or badges, which kills some of the purpose of the jersey. The shipping time was way too long. Maybe due to the christmas time, it took more than one month to arrive. The service has always been very friendly, but they recentlty have decreased the amount of bounties they give to loyal customers and do not tend to reward the written reviews.

    The quality of the jersey is the best I have seen for replicas. Everything is perfect except for the sizes. I ordered most Jerseys in Medium size but they actually fit like the Large size. Next time I will be ordering a size smaller to fit. The shipping time was awful. I understand the distance the jerseys have to travel, and for me it took a bit under a month to arrive. I would have appreciated it if under the description of the shipment it would have mentioned that they might take over the 7-15 days that you all had promised. It was worth the wait though, and I was extremely satisfied with the product. The service was as best as it could be. I like the online chat feature and how fast you all reply. So besides the Jersey sizes and the shipping wait, the your company is amazing.

    The order was placed in July, I kept asking hadn’t received any updates. 3 weeks later they they sent me wrong color and pattern for Arsenal away jersey. When I reached out they kept saying we’ll send new one out . I received right jersey mid September. When I asked about making it available to upload my video and leave a review it took another 3 weeks for them to make option available. This was the worst experience I’ve had on the site. They are usually pretty fast at shipping and resolving my issues but this purchase here was bad.
