The Adidas Croatia 2026-27 home shirt is set to feature the country's iconic checkers. Even though the exact look is not known yet, we already know it is going to be classic.

What is a bespoke feature is the Glagolitic script. A detail featuring the Glagolitic script, which is believed to be the oldest known Slavic alphabet, will be integrated into the kit's detailing. The placement of the Glagolitic script has not yet been revealed.

The use of Glagolitic script is a nod to Croatia’s deep-rooted Slavic heritage. Originating in the 9th century, the Glagolitic alphabet was once used to write Old Church Slavonic and has become a symbol of Croatian national pride and cultural preservation.

Incorporating it into the national team’s kit reinforces Croatia’s commitment to honoring its historical identity on the world stage.
